Cut The Carbs
At least for a short while. Carbohydrates, like sweats and starchy foods will trigger insulin and stop the detox process.
A no to low carb diet, a.k.a ketosis, has also proven to be very effective for preventing THC build up.
This happens in 2 ways:
- Instead of allowing water to pass thought, your body will store more water.
- You stop burning fat cell and feed them instead.
